Envisioning LGBTQIA+ Wellbeing: An Interdisciplinary Conference

This conference, organized by the QTGSU, showcased work on queer and trans communities around the world done by queer and trans scholars at UCSB.

Coffee Hour

The QTGSU hosts weekly coffee hours during the academic school year.

Cine-Club

We regularly host movie nights that showcase movies on the queer and trans experience and/or movies with LGBTQIA+ creators.

Happy Hour

We host happy hours at various locations in Goleta and Santa Barbara a few times each academic quarter.

An evening of tea & lovely conversation.

Crêpe Day

We organized a queer crêpe party to celebrate National Crêpe Day, which is in February in France and other French-speaking countries. Our crêpe day featured vegan and non-vegan crepes cooked à la minute with a large variety of sweet fillings, music & games.

Brunch: The Most Important Meal of the Gay

We host an annual brunch each year at various locations in Goleta and Santa Barbara. Our past brunches have featured drag performances by local queens such as @maddymokes.
